Surevyors Report 1930 Birmingham Semi detached house

 Front view of typical render finish probably to brick walls without a decorative face

 

Lifting thermoplastic tiles are often an indication of a damp floor surface below

 

 

 Fractured flat concrete roof. Water is likely to corroded the reinforcing steel which will force of the concrete destroying the roof

 

 

 Note the limited insulation and sagging longitudinal timber

 

The channel is starting to block due the root infestation which appears to have been developing for some years
